A terrordactyl was a non-terrestrial species resembling pterodactyls that attempted to kill the Fifth Doctor and his companion. They were native to the Great Space-Time Void. (GAME: The First Adventure)
According to the Tenth Doctor, due to the events surrounding the reality bomb, everything in the Void perished, likely meaning that the Terrordactyls died. (TV: The Next Doctor)
