A Murderous Desire was the eleventh story in the Bernice Summerfield anthology Something Changed. It was written by Ian Farrington.

Summary

The History machine works! However, Bernice Summerfield is sceptical about it. But when its creator Doggles is murdered after an argument with her, she has other things to worry about.

  • In the screen of the history machine, a large ship is seen sinking into icy waters, presumably depicting the Titanic.

Notes

  • Like most of the other stories in this anthology, this story takes place in an altered timeline created by Doggles' history machine; these timelines are (mostly) erased when Braxiatel returns things to normal.
