Matthew Doe is a director of the infamous publishing company 'Who Dares Publishing' along with his business partner Andrew Skilleter 'Doctor Who VHS/Book cover artist'.
He is also well known for running the specialist company 'Toy Box Treasures' and is a specalist in Doctor Who artefacts, screen used props and memorabilia.
