Professor Wilberforce was a human professor who was an ethnobotanist. He was taken over by the Rutan virus. He was also in charge of the Chelsea 426 flower show. He attempted to put all guests under the Rutan virus. This failed though and the Sontarans invaded. He was arrested by the Sontarans but was probably cured of the virus.
