This article needs a big cleanup.

Regeneration and Regeneration energy are two different things: one is a biological process, the other is energy. Not every regeneration has regeneration energy present. Not every time we see regeneration energy is because someone regenerated. Regeneration energy - list of appearances needs to be created, and this list should be only for instances where individuals actually regenerated.
