Alexander Graham Bell was a Human scientist born in Scotland, Earth, who was most notably known for his invention of the telephone. His first words (albeit unknowingly) on the telephone was "Watson, come here, I need you." This message was repeated on every single phone during a time paradox in 1987, after Rose Tyler saved her father from his death (an act strictly forbidden, considering that his death was a fixed point in time).
