Athelstan of England

Athelstan of England was the king of England for part of the 10th century. An incarnation of the Doctor was present when Athelstan received what came to be known as the Cup of Athelstan from Hywel, king of the Welsh, at his coronation in 924 AD. (TV: Planet of the Dead)
