A TARDIS was owned by the Time Lord criminal known as the Eleven. When he was abandoned on the planet Syra, the Sonomancer transcended time and space to bring his TARDIS to him so he could escape. (AUDIO: The Sonomancer)
This isn't the only TARDIS the Eleven or his other incarnations have used. One of his previous incarnations, the Eight, who was badly injured after a confrontation with the Clocksmith, regenerated inside the Doctor's TARDIS. (AUDIO: The Doomsday Chronometer)
Pretending to be a newly regenerated incarnation of the Doctor, the Nine took the TARDIS to Gallifrey to plunder the archives accompanied by Liv Chenka and Helen Sinclair. Although his future self was disdainful of the Doctor's TARDIS, the Nine seemed more appreciative, deeming it "vintage."
The Nine fled Gallifrey when the alarms were tripped, leaving Liv behind. The Nine travelled to the Crucible of Souls. Later he stole the Clocksmith's TARDIS. (AUDIO: The Crucible of Souls)
