The Registrar was an aging female Human who worked as a vicar at a church in Ealing. She was to marry Sarah Jane Smith to Peter Dalton, but the Doctorinterveined. She supposedly left when the the Trickster arrived. When time was reversed and Peter killed she sadly had to watch Sarah Jane walk off, sulking. (SJA: The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith)
