Ely was a community in Cardiff.
As a junior police officer, Gwen Cooper attended an incident at a squat in Ely, where a doped-up kid hit her in the nose with his hand as he tried to fight his way past her. It gave her a nosebleed. (PROSE: Slow Decay)
