Steve Wallace was a Park Vale Comprehensive School student who knew Clyde Langer.

Steve started to shout out in class about Luke Smith entering the science competition, thus showing us all about Mr Cunningham's discipline. Clyde came to him when Dave Finn and Tony Warner vanished but Steve just said about how he and his dad hated journalists.
