Stenza trophies were living individuals that were sought out and captured by members of the Stenza warrior race, without the use of weapons or assistance, as part of "The Ritual of the Stenza". Trophies would be selected by Stenza leaders and, once captured, would be held in status - something that was described as a "living hell" and "somewhere between living and dead".

In 2018, Karl Wright was selected as Tim Shaw's trophy. However, he was prevented from obtaining him by the Thirteenth Doctor. (TV: The Woman Who Fell to Earth)
