Huw Rees is a Welsh actor who played the elderly Tim Latimer in the Doctor Who television story The Family of Blood[1] and one of the old age pensioners in the Doctor Who television story Amy's Choice.[2]
Outside of the acting profession, Rees is a retired teacher and now works as a councillor in Swansea, representing the Sketty electoral ward.
