Orr was a genetically engineered sexual psychomorph created on Sorva and a member of Torchwood Three in 2017.

Biography

Once Orr spent some time living with a partner of the same species. Apart from that period, Orr described their life as always lonely. (AUDIO: Orr)

Orr was given to Vincent Parry as a gift from Ro-Jedda and took the form of his late wife Catrin. They were wearing a control necklace of maximum destructive power. If it went off, the whole Cardiff would have been raised to the ground.

When Ro-Jedda later had Vincent killed, Orr wound up in Torchwood Three. Their attempts to disarm the necklace were unsuccessful, but the explosion did not take place, and Orr was left to live their life as they wanted it. (AUDIO: Orr)

Feeling indebted to Torchwood Three, Orr helped them investigate Sorvix deaths in Cardiff Bay Intelligent Hotel and Spa. Their unique physiology was crucial to uncovering that the hotel itself was the real culprit. After that, Jack offered Orr a job with Torchwood. (AUDIO: Superiority Complex)

Orr had a near-fatal reaction to an alien sexual parasite and helped identify its alien rodent carrier. (AUDIO: Love Rat) They also reacted to the Ritz Tower created by Bilis Manger to channel human anger. (AUDIO: A Kill to a View)

Biology

Members of Orr's species were quite rare. They were genetically engineered from several species by military scientists. The intention was to create a being that would morph into any form according to the desires of the person in its company because it would be hard to kill a person one sexually desired.

Orr was neither male nor female and could change their form quite drastically, including increasing size and mass, changing skin colour to black or blue, changing the type and shape of their genitalia (AUDIO: Orr) and even creating a working elevator within their body. (AUDIO: Superiority Complex)

After staying in close proximity to one person, Orr could perfectly reproduce the appearance and voice of someone they loved or desired. (AUDIO: Orr) At least once, Orr mimicked several individuals simultaneously (AUDIO: Love Rat) They reacted to most sentient beings, whether humanoid, (AUDIO: Orr) parasitic (AUDIO: Love Rat) or inanimate. (AUDIO: Superiority Complex, A Kill to a View) They also reacted to non-sexual desires, such as religious desires of groups of people, (AUDIO: Herald of the Dawn) or the loss of a grieving mother. The changes in their body were subconscious and could not be easily controlled. (AUDIO: Love Rat) Flirting with the object they were reacting to was also a reflex though it could be tempered. Members of Orr's species lived long lives though did not show their age. (AUDIO: Orr) They were hypoallergenic in both directions, meaning that they did not have allergic reactions and others did not have allergic reactions to them. (AUDIO: Love Rat)

Personality

Orr did not want to cause loss of innocent lives. (AUDIO: Orr) They cared even about those who threatened their life. (AUDIO: Superiority Complex) They preferred the personal pronoun "they" (AUDIO: Orr) and title "Mx".
