Arrex was one of the Bannermen under Gavrok. In Wales in 1959, he and Callon were assigned to guard Jerome Weismuller and Hawk, but they were freed by Ray.
They later tried to kill the Chimeron princess but were disabled by her sonic abilities. Delta shot Arrex, killing him. (TV: Delta and the Bannermen)
