Donald Wilson (born 1 September 1910[source needed]) was a British television writer and producer who, as Head of Serials in the BBC drama department under Sydney Newman, oversaw the creation and development of Doctor Who. He is therefore sometimes considered, along with C. E. Webber, as an unofficial co-creator of the series.
