Philip Reeve (born 28 February 1966[1][2] in Brighton, Sussex) wrote the Puffin eshort The Roots of Evil, a Fourth Doctor short story to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of Doctor Who.
Reeve is best known for his Mortal Engines book series.
