Guy Siner is an American-born English actor who played Ravon in the Doctor Who story Genesis of the Daleks. He later became best known for his role as Lieutenant Hubert Gruber in the television comedy series 'Allo 'Allo! In the 1997 movie Leprechaun 4: In Space he played the Davros-inspired "Dr Mittenhand".
