Homer

Homer was a blind Greek poet. The Iliad and The Odyssey were two of his books. (COMIC: Doctor on the Menu) It described the sacking of the citadel of Troy and involved a Trojan Horse. (PROSE: Timewyrm: Revelation, AUDIO: A Thing of Guile) According to one account, Homer took part in the fall of Troy as a spy for the Greeks, during which he was blinded: first in one eye by Odysseus, and later in the other by Achilles.
