Windsor Davies (28 August 1930- 17 January 2019[1]) played Toby in the Doctor Who television story The Evil of the Daleks.

He was most famous for his regular role of Battery Sergeant-Major Williams on It Ain't Half Hot Mum and Olive Smallbridge on Never the Twain.
