Volan Sleed was the leader of the family of the Iron sun. He abducted Bernice Summerfield on her arrival to the Station Control. He then promoted Jason Kane to a position of responsibility. He hoped that Jason and Benny would find out anything about the disappearance of Mora di Vasht.
