The Vredosians were a species of Near-Humans, but with grey skin, triangular teeth and quills instead of hair.
A Vredosian had been captured by Torchwood Three, but she escaped, taking a job at the Washington Hotel. She was later indirectly found because of her infestation of bedbugs, which caused an abnormal increase in bug-bites at the hotel. Owen Harper was able to take her into custody, but he let her go to deal with a bus crash. (TWN: Pack Animals)
