Galactica Minor was a planet which the Seventh Doctor visited. It had a busy, if over-populated and polluted spaceport city named Solar City, which attracted a wide variety of sentient species. Little else was known about Galactica Minor, including the name of its native species. However, one of its residents was a reporter for the Universal Herald named Miff, who was a feline humanoid.
