Phillipa Gregson was the owner of a set of holiday cottages in Stegmoor. She helped Liv Chenka to move the Eighth Doctor when he became unconscious. She remembered when the TARDIS had landed before. She had met the Doctor before when he was in his third incarnation, when the Doctor was working with UNIT alongside Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart and Liz Shaw.
