Terra Alpha was a planet ruled by Helen A. The planet has a yellow-purplish atmosphere.
On Terra Alpha everyone had to be happy. This was controlled by the Happiness Patrol. After the Happiness patrol was deposed it became a free colony. (DW: The Happiness Patrol)
