If the Tenth Doctor does return, I view it as a flashback dipicting events involving him and River Song and a possible meeting (where he meets her a second time and she doesn't know him yet). [[User:Delton Menace|Delton Menace]] 00:50, December 21, 2009 (UTC)

Because the Doctor's form can change, Tennant could return in the future."I'll wait for the correct opportunity," Tennant says. "I've got the costume hanging up in my wardrobe. And as long as I can keep my waistline and still fit into the trousers, never say never."
