Heaven was a planet discovered by the Draconians, (PROSE: Lucifer Rising) located on the edge of human space in the 26th century. It had a twenty-three-hour day. Its native species were the Heavenites, but they were wiped out by the Hoothi. (PROSE: Love and War)
In 2007, the Saviour offered to send Ianto Jones to Heaven. (AUDIO: Broken)
By the 26th century, it was occupied primarily by a mix of humans and Draconians. During this time it was used as a burial site for both the Draconians and the humans, following their conflict with the Daleks. In 2570 the Hoothi attacked Heaven, reanimating the bodies there. (PROSE: Love and War)
Later on, the Daleks used Heaven as a base of operations whilst posing as the leaders of the Fifth Axis. Bernice Summerfield returned to Heaven with Jason Kane to retrieve Bernice's father from the Daleks' base there. (AUDIO: Death and the Daleks)
In the 30th century, Heaven was part of the Earth Empire. The Empire Today brodcasted a report about the fighting on Heaven. (PROSE: Original Sin)
