Bradford Street was a suburban street in Grangetown, Cardiff.
While driving towards Corporation Road, Rhys Williams and Gwen Cooper witnessed a police car crash down Bradford Street. Visible in the light from the headlights of their Saab, Gwen and Rhys realised the street was swarming with zombies which were converging on the car's unconscious occupants.
One of the zombies caused Rhys to skid out of control and crash the Saab into a line of parked cars. The residents of the street left their homes to see what the commotion was, and one - an elderly woman - ended up with her throat torn out by the zombie hoard.
