Malcolm James (visual effects) was the visual effects designer on the Doctor Who television story Ghost Light. He was also an uncredited visual effects assistant on Castrovalva. (INFO: Castrovalva)
Before this, he had worked on episodes of Chris Boucher's Star Cops directed by Graeme Harper. He had an active career for a few years thereafter and was credited sporadically until 1997.
