Yeah, a preview clip makes it fact that it is is before their destruction. Heck, you can see the Time War still happening. And the Visonary mentions that Gallifrey will be destroyed when the Time War ends. [[User:Delton Menace|Delton Menace]] 23:37, December 25, 2009 (UTC)

Having watched the preview clip- I get the impression that this scene was set before the Time Lords were wiped out. Whats with the funky glove? Rhysy54 20:42, December 25, 2009 (UTC)

hm, although there will be flashbacks in part 2 I believe the timelords are back and definitely want a word with the doctor.. --92.14.201.201 20:57, December 25, 2009 (UTC)

It's the Hand of Omega, no?Zythe 21:21, December 25, 2009 (UTC)

Just had a thought about the glove.. gloves come in pairs, and the one in Torchwood brings people back to life.. either this one does the same, or the complete opposite ;) --92.14.201.201 21:29, December 25, 2009 (UTC)

To me, it implies that the Time Lords have somehow set up events to preserve themselves. Although killing a council member in a fit of pique doesn't seem very becoming of a Lord President. Monkey with a Gun 05:32, December 26, 2009 (UTC)

Or, the time war has been unlocked and that time is now in flux, which explains a lot of goings on (eg, Davros being rescued). The Time War being unlocked means that we can see before, during and after the time war all in succession and one race can either concede or be beaten.. --92.14.201.201 01:17, December 26, 2009 (UTC)

Also, in the clip from TEOT Pt 2, The Doctor specifically says "The Time Lords are coming back"; this is no flash back, montage episode --92.14.201.201 01:19, December 26, 2009 (UTC)

What clip? All I saw was the one where the Time Lords are discussing the Time War and the (past) Doctor. And I always personally believed the theroy that Dalek Caan had unlocked the Time War. Delton Menace 01:22, December 26, 2009 (UTC)
