Gastan was the cleaner of Alien Defence Incorporated. He often appeared at the most inconvenient points. He didn't actually clean that well as his species were allergic to the carbollics. He was undercover to try and destroy the Eighth Doctor so his species could invade. (AUDIO: Fitz's Story)
