The Visionary was a Time Lady who predicted the events of the last day of the Last great Time War. She was seen at a Time Lord meeting arranged by The Narrator during the Time War, foretelling that Gallifrey will burn as she was seen writting strange Time Lord synbols onto a piece of paper with an ink pen.
