Minnie Hooper was an outgoing old woman and friend of Wilfred Mott, who referred to herself as Minnie the Menace. After tracking down the Doctor, she wanted to be in a photo with a "handsome man", as she described the Doctor. (DW: The End of Time - Part 1)
