The woman who Owen calls "Aunty Peggy" (TV: From Out of the Rain)

"Aunty Peggy" was a fictional aunt of Gwen Cooper that Owen Harper made up while watching an old film in the Electro, after the owner told his audience that they might see long-dead members of their families. He joked that "she's been on the gin again".
