Santa Monica

Santa Monica was a city in the United States of America. In the 1980s, the Eighth Doctor, Lucie Miller and Anton Hellinger stayed at a cheap hotel there called the Hobart Arms. The city also contained some outlet stores. (PROSE: Remain in Light)
