Billy Flint was a 20th century human living in London in the 1950s.

He worked at the docks alongside Michael Newman, whom he hated for being a Jamaican. As a consequence, he threatened Steven Taylor because of his friendship with him, and warned him of serious consequences if he insisted.

One day, together with other co-workers, he took Michael and started nailing him into a crane, with the intention of throwing Michael into the docks. Steven stopped them, and because of the ensuing fight he and Michael were both fired.

Some days later, he attacked Joseph Roberts' house with his brother and other racists. Joseph came out to confront them, but suffered an heart attack in doing so and collapsed to the ground. Steven came to help, but at that point a crowd of duplicates of Billy and the other assailants came towards Billy and the others, attacked them, subdued them and took them away. They were actually anemone changelings, which had duplicated them in secret.

Billy was later released when the duplicates were destroyed by Sara Kingdom's intervention. As a result of the copy, he didn't remember what happened. (AUDIO: An Ordinary Life)
