Doctor Who: Farewell To Peter Capaldi was a special tribute to Twelfth Doctor actor Peter Capaldi that aired on BBC America following the 2017 Christmas Special Twice Upon a Time on 25 December.
It took a look back to the beginning, from his very first readthrough to his very last. It also featured Steven Moffat, reflecting on his time as a writer and later executive producer on Doctor Who.[1][2]
The special tribute was wildly popular amongst American fans.[3]
