Lina Hadway was an activist on Kaldor. She believed in the rights of workers and, by extension, robots, amassing a number of non-violent public order offences.

Hadway worked at a manufacturing dpeot that the Kaldor City Company renovated into a leisure centre for the elite. She was a ringleader of the protests concerning the complex and, more broadly, the distribution of wealth. The Eighth Doctor met with her in her cell and the two managed to stop the robot attacks.

Tula Chenka offered Lina a job at the Company, but she refused as she did not believe that she would be able to stop the Company from the inside. (AUDIO: Escape from Kaldor)
