Dracksil Forg was an inhabitant of Frequine on the planet of Dowdonia who sold ideas in his shop. Unaware that he was mildly psychic, the Twelfth Doctor helped him to discover that he was actually stealing these ideas from their eventual buyers. (AUDIO: The Best-Laid Plans)
