What is the in universe explanation for U.N.I.T.'s name change from United Nations Intelligence Taskforce to UNified Intelligence Taskforce?
After the UN said they were unhappy to be associated with it, the show could easily have never again said its full name. However, they decide to change the name with no explanation.
