Alice Obiefune lived in a flat in Hackney. (COMIC: The Eternal Dogfight)
The apartment was in a house that belonged to Alice's landlord, (COMIC: After Life) Mr Badura. (COMIC: The Eternal Dogfight) He sold the house in order for luxury flats to be built in its place. Alice had to vacate the apartment by August 2014. (COMIC: After Life)
She still did not do it by 2015 when ARC ate a chaise longue from the apartment. (COMIC: The Eternal Dogfight)
