Target Books' Doctor Who output in 1990 saw a further decline in new novelisations. Only eight adaptations were published, the overwhelming majority of them Seventh Doctor stories.1990 Was The introduction of the New Look Reprints, Which Ended their range with a reissue of Doctor Who and the Talons of Weng-Chiang (novelisation) in 1994.
