Planet 14 (or Sol XIV) was the fourteenth planet from the Sun (Sol), and was inhabited by the CyberFaction (NA: Iceberg ).
It was suggested that Marinus and Planet 14 might have been the same planet (DWM: The World Shapers)
Astronomical Data
The Sol System resided in the Third Quadrant of the Mutter's Spiral. This location was approximately 27,000 light years from the center of the Mutter's Spiral (DW: Logopolis).
Native Species
The known resident of Planet 14 was the CyberFaction subgroup of the Cyberman species (DW: The Invasion).
History
The Cyberman species emigrated to Planet 14 from Mondas, where they evolved separately from the CyberMondasians who remained on Mondas (NA: Iceberg).
This faction of the Cybermen attempted an invasion of 1970's Earth from here, making use of the Earth company International Electromatics (DW: The Invasion).
