A robot judge served in the Earth Empire during the 26th century. It found Abslom Daak guilty on 23 charges of murder, pillage, piracy, massacre, and "other crimes too horrible to bring to the public attention". Daak was given two choices, death by vaporisation or exile D-K. Daak chose the latter, to which the judge remarked "may god have mercy on your soul" before having him taken away. The next case was Curtis Henry Foobl, who was accused of eating the Vegan ambassador. (COMIC: Abslom Daak... Dalek Killer)
