Barry Jackson (29 March 1938 - 5 December 2013) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories: as Ascaris in The Romans, Jeff Garvey in Mission to the Unknown and Drax in The Armageddon Factor.
Apart from Doctor Who, Jackson was known for his extensive television guest roles. Under the stage name Jack Barry, Jackson also worked as a stunt performer and fight arranger for the series Adam Adamant Lives!
Jackson died of undisclosed causes at age 75. [1] [2]
