Harris was second-in-command at a Euro Sea Gas refinery under Robson, and the husband of Maggie Harris.
Biography
Harris recommended shutting off the gas supply after he recognised the dangers of continuing, but Robson refused to listen to him. Harris assisted the Doctor in his efforts to defeat the Weed Creature. He and his wife took in Victoria Waterfield when she decided to leave the Doctor. (DW: Fury from the Deep)
