Some Cybermen were chrome in colour. According to the 101 Things To Do With Dead Aliens Book, if one kept a Cyberman in their medicine cabinet and thereafter lost an arm, it could be replaced with a Cyber-arm that could be either chrome or silver. (NOTVALID: Doctor Who? 131)
