Doctor Who Poster Magazine # 3 was the issue of the magazine bearing the cover date April 1995.
Its cover bore the title The Silurians: Monsters from the Dawn of Time. Like most issues of Doctor Who Poster Magazine, it featured a mixture of in- and out-of-universe reference material as well as some original prose fiction and a promotional poster.
