Paul Burley is a designer and illustrator based in Manchester. Initially starting off as the designer for Doctor Who Magazine, he went on to create audio and book covers for Big Finish Productions, designed the website for Doctor Who Adventures and launched Badge Wolf - an unofficial platform for creative works and merchandise inspired by Doctor Who.
