The Earthlink Federation was linked with the Earth and wanted to employ the same laws. In its early days it struggled for funding so the Boor funded them. It was supposed to serve the law, so it asked the Boor to go into suspended animation until the heat was off. It placed the Boor, the Shik and the people of Obvion on Venedel in suspended animation.
